College of Management: Spirit of Flipped Classroom inspired by an excursion to Japan

In recent years, Nanhua University has been diligent to cultivate students with international mobility and international perspectives.  The university not only sets up overseas study reward systems, but also provides multiple overseas internship opportunities to encourage students to brave an international experience.  Recently, the Dean of the College of Management organized a trip to Japan with a team consisting of the Business Administration Department, Department of Finance, Department of Tourism and State-owned Enterprises that sent a total of 10 students for a four-day corporate trainee program to encourage students to learn Japanese business management practices.  The advanced, committed, and pragmatic attitudes of Japanese enterprises have benefited all participating students and faculty. Teaching is not only limited to the classroom, but rather the whole world is a site for education.
